My passion for photography began in my high school photography class. I loved shooting and developing black and white film. I will never forget the chemical smell of the darkroom.

I took a break from photography throughout college, and then, like many photographers, the spark was reignited after my daughter was born. However,  this time, instead of film, I picked up a digital camera, and I haven't put it down since.

My favorite aspect of photography is the ability it gives me to capture a moment that otherwise is gone forever - the little moments in between the posed shots. These are always my favorite images.

I love using my camera to not only capture these moments, but to create memories for later in life. If you stepped into my house, you'd see the walls and tabletops covered with memories.

As a photographer, I do so much more than simply choose settings and press the shutter. Rather, I create images that speak to me, and in turn, to you.

I love what I do, and I am honored to be trusted with your memories.
